EAT THE CRUST.

Bread is life. So we start with the crust. Fresh flour, salt, and only local spring water. We use our Mother, a continuous 7-year fermented starter. With a golden brown bake, she delivers a deep flavor and hearty chew. *Yeah, we don’t make fresh pasta any longer but had some fun with that.
